APL Pest Control (Formely APL Lawn Spraying) was formed in 2000 as a partnership between two local family-owned lawn spraying companies and continues today as a local family-owned pest control service. Located in St Petersburg, we provide service to all of Pinellas County – from the pink streets to Tarpon.
In 2020, we added home pest control to our service offerings and changed the name from APL Lawn Spraying to APL Pest Control.

Rick Orr, owner-operator of APL Pest Control, graduated in 1979 from Va Tech with a degree in Agronomy. Rick Orr is a Florida certified Pest Control Operator and Commercial Fertilizer Applicator. APL Pest Control is licensed by the State of Florida for General Household Pests and Rodents, Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control and Commercial Fertilizer Applications. APL Pest Control is insured for liability and workers compensation.
